HVAC Technician

Job description: HVAC TECH 

We are seeking Full-Time experienced Service Technicians with the potential to grow within our company. The technicians need HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Full-time employees are eligible for full benefits including 100% Medical and 401K enrollment after 90 days of employment.

We service many multifamily housing property management companies that demand our service all throughout the year. Our office is located in Murrieta. However, our technicians only need to report to the office once a week. A company truck, equipment and uniforms are provided. Also, a company iPhone and iPad are provided.

24 Hour Express Services Inc. is a family-owned Plumbing and HVAC company. We have been providing top-rate services to commercial and residential customers in the Riverside, San Bernardino, and North San Diego county areas since 1999.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Writing invoices for all work performed
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.

HVAC Technician Requirements: 

• 3+ year experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
