Our water heater stopped working and the gas company said it was leaking gas. We received the part since it was under warranty and called 24hr Express Services. Cade came out and was almost certain that was not the reason it wasn't working. He told me to call the company and let them know the actual issue and get the right part. He didn't charge for the diagnosis and wouldn't fix it until he knew that it would be fixed the right way! Two days later we had the correct part and another gentleman came from 24 hr and fixed it! 6 days without hot water can send a person over the edge, but the service we received from 24 hr Express Services was fantastic! We have used them for other issues in the past (outdoor water issues, washing machine and refrigerator).

I would like to give them 10 stars! They were friendly, professional, clean, and their work was exceptional. I had a leak that flooded my kitchen-twice!!! The first company I used tore down the island in my kitchen, dried it out and rebuilt it without addressing the source of the leak. Not only did 24-hour Express fix the problem they even found another problem that would have caused more trouble. They were more than fair with the price. Amazing company to do business with.

"Crystal and Cade were kind, professional, and quick to resolve this sudden issue"

I came home yesterday afternoon to find my lawn flooded from what appeared to be an underground burst pipe. I called this company and spoke to Crystal, who was kind and understanding. Within 3 hours, Cade arrived on site even though it was late at night. He evaluated the problem and advised that I try calling the city because they may cover the repair. He promised to come back immediately if the city declined. The next morning the city rejected to even come look, so Cade came right back and was extremely prompt in fixing the issue at a very reasonable price. Both Crystal and Cade were kind, professional, and quick to resolve this sudden issue. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!

"Would have given them more than the 5 stars but that is what I was limited to"

I called when my water heater started leaking. Called around 2 pm said they would come between 3 and 5 pm. Repairman Matthew Blom arrived at 3, evaluated the problem left and to pick up a replacement. Was back in about 40 minutes, removed and replaced water heater, cleaned up the area and was done at 5:30. Matthew was a retired Navy veteran who could not have been more professional and nice to deal with. I can not say anything other than to say the experience was great. Love that they hired a veteran and hope they realize what a credit he is to their company. Would have given them more than the 5 stars but that is what I was limited to. Hire more guys like Matthew and you will have a hard time keeping up with your new business increase.

This company was wonderful!!  Everyone that we have spoken to was friendly and helpful.   Well..  of course, our water heater leaked after two years of owning our home. There were extensive damages to our garage and baseboards/bathroom.  We called a few companies to get some quotes before deciding to use 24 Hour Express Services.  Garrett was patient and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote so we decided to go with his company.

Dustin and Bernardo came out that same day. They did an amazing job and had our water heater on a temporary stand quickly and efficiently. Dustin also fixed a minor issue with our kitchen sink with no charge!  Wow..  that is what you called service. Once our garage was repaired by a contractor, Jessie came out to reinstall the water heater on its permanent stand. He also did a great job. Let's just say that our experience with this company was GREAT!  They were honest, professional and efficient.  We would use them again for our other plumbing needs.

Amazing! After battling my home warranty with some plumbing issues and being scheduled 1 Star companies by them, I chose to go about hiring someone myself. Today, the day after Christmas, I decided to call 24 Hour Express Services. The sweet young lady I talked to was so pleasant and informed me that she could get someone out immediately! The very nice gentleman arrived within 30 mins. He looked and listened to all of my worries. He was very professional and helpful, giving me some tips. They will definitely be my first call in the future! It's a breath of fresh air to know that there are great companies out there!

At 8:15 am on a Tuesday after a Holiday, I called to arrange the installation of a garbage disposal. I was told I would receive a call back when a technician was contacted. I soon received a callback and an install was scheduled for 1 pm the same day! An hour later, I received another call that a technician was available earlier, and to make a long story short, my install was completed by noon! The guy who did the work was Jack Khoury. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He completed the work quickly and perfectly. It's so nice in this time where service often disappoints to have a company over-perform. So around midnight on a Friday night, my water heater inner tank broke. To top it off, my shut off valve to the tank broke also. After spending the next day without water I didn't want to wait for American Home Shield to send someone out. I sent out a quote request and 24 Hour Express Services responded within 10 minutes. I was extremely happy when they said they could come to replace my water heater the same day! The company sent out Eric and he was awesome! Eric is very knowledgeable in his trade, professional and did a great job! He was very kind to my 2-year-old daughter who wanted to watch him work. Just wanna give  Michael B. a huge shout out!  Michael came into our home clean, on time, and very professional. We had a major clog in our sink and he stayed until the problem was fixed.  He took the time to show me how the sink is now draining correctly and before he left he cleaned up all the mess and wipe down the doorknobs! I would welcome him back into our home at any time definitely needs to be praised for what a great job he did today!

I called 4 other 24hr plumbing companies around 730pm and none of them could make it out tonight for an emergency water leak repair that would've left us without water at least till the next day in the afternoon. With a house of 10 folks, we couldn't wait that long to go without water. Technician Dustin showed up less than 30minutes, repaired the busted pipe super-fast without adding unnecessary work. Dustin was professional and provided honest service. The best part, it costed way less than what the other guys quoted to come the next day!! Thanks, Dustin for the awesome work!!

Nate and Toby had to replace about 30 feet of piping buried between my home and the street today and a pressure regulator valve. They completed the entire job in less than a day. They were polite and courteous and took the time to explain everything during the process. This is the 2nd time my family has used this company and both experiences were top-notch. On top of all this, they also came in at under half of what the other plumbers quoted me for the job. I will be using this company for all further plumbing needs in the future.
